Sex Education Workshop

Sex Education is so important. Our workshops also include LGBT sex education.

Sex Education is an important area for young people, which is why our workshops provide in-depth advice and information for students to take on board.

Put together by health professionals including sexual health nurses, GPs and general health advisors, this workshop provides 360 degree knowledge on sexual health and sex education in general.

Relationships

When it comes to healthy relationships, there is no one-size-fits-all advice.

A good relationship is more than something we want—it’s something we need to be our happiest, healthiest, most productive selves. But at home or work, supportive, fulfilling relationships don’t come automatically. They take an investment in time and energy as well as social skills that can be learned.

If you are lonely, long for close friendships or a better understanding of co-workers, or if romantic relationships have disappointed you, there are steps you can take to repair old connections and build meaningful new ones.

We want to talk about healthy relationships, whether that be with a man or woman.

Sex and Young People

Sex is something which is a natural process and something which should be openly discussed and talked about.

There are definitely lots of unanswered questions out there, which is why we feel it’s important to include this in our Sex Education Workshops.

This section of the workshop includes the following:

  • Sex and the law
  • It’s your decision
  • How to talk about sex
  • The questions to ask yourself about sex
  • How do I bring up the subject of safer sex?
  • Lesbian, gay or bisexual sex
  • Reading the signs that they want sex
